What you will do

• Design, build, and operate high-performance IT engines to support federal customer business operations.
• Develop Appian Plugins and configure forms, reports, underlying logic, and interface components.
• Perform systems integration and manage data using relational databases and SQL scripting.
• Support growth activities, including RFIs, RFPs, prototypes, and oral presentations.
• Collaborate within Agile methodologies to deliver large-scale, business-critical applications.

Requirements

• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Appian BPM and Appian Plugin development.
• Experience with Application Servers such as JBoss, Weblogic, or IIS.
• Proficiency with relational databases and SQL scripting.
• Bachelor's degree.
• US Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements.
• Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance and must reside in the United States.

Nice to have

• Appian Certified Associate, Level 2, or Level 3 Developer certifications.
• Experience with Appian Tempo or Appian Sites.
• Java development experience with Maven builds.
• Previous experience working on software projects within a Federal government setting.
• Knowledge of SOA, ESB, and n-tier client-server architectures.
