What you will do

• Lead the design, build, and operation of high-performance IT engines using Appian BPM.
• Develop Appian Plugins and integrate systems including forms, reports, and underlying logic.
• Configure and debug application servers such as JBoss, Weblogic, and IIS.
• Write and optimize SQL scripting for relational databases.
• Collaborate on RFI, RFP, and prototype development to support growth activities.
• Maintain necessary professional certifications and adhere to Agile methodologies.

Requirements

• US Citizenship or Green Card holder required.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Appian BPM and Appian Plugin development.
• 7+ years of experience with application servers (JBoss, Weblogic, IIS) and relational databases.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in all phases of software development for large-scale business applications.

Nice to have

• Certified Level 2 or Level 3 Appian Developer.
• Experience with Appian Tempo and Appian Sites.
• Java development experience with Maven builds.
• Previous experience in a Federal government software development setting.
• Knowledge of SOA, ESB, and n-tier client-server architectures.
