Finance Associate

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA; Miamisburg, OH; or Birmingham, AL

Base salary: $63,750–$106,250 annually, plus incentive compensation based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

What you will do

• Prepare revenue, expense, staffing, and other financial forecasts.
• Support annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
• Build performance dashboards, financial reports, presentations, and business insights for leaders and executives.
• Analyze business performance, key drivers, and variances, providing clear commentary and recommendations.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and develop custom reports for business needs.
• Support audits, regulatory and investor requests, accounting standards implementation, and control processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of financial analysis, reporting, accounting, budgeting, and business analytics.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Must work in the office; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
