Regional Facilities Manager, North East (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage daily operations, maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance across offices, branches, and repair centers.
• Develop 2D architectural plans and 3D renderings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Lead property identification, negotiation, acquisition, lease support, and office or employee relocation activities.
• Deliver facility development and upgrade projects across multiple locations, managing timelines, designs, contractors, budgets, quality, and handover documentation.
• Select and oversee vendors and contractors, monitor SLA performance, and resolve service issues.
• Manage regional budgets, preventive maintenance, workspace improvements, utilities, equipment, and continuous improvement reporting.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in facilities management, infrastructure development, and project execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Experience managing end-to-end facility projects across multiple locations.
• Strong space-planning and architectural-design experience, including 2D and 3D drawings.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design and visualization software.
• Valid HSE certification is mandatory, such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or ISO 45001, along with practical HSE implementation experience.

Nice to have

• Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Membership in a professional body such as IFMA or ARCON.
