Sub Regional Property Manager

What you will do

• Oversee property managers and real estate portfolios across the assigned regional area.
• Organize project teams, assign responsibilities, establish schedules, and monitor project delivery and quality.
• Define and implement maintenance, repair, modernization, and asset-protection strategies.
• Manage subcontractors providing facilities management, fire and security services, including SLA compliance.
• Control regional budgets, maintenance costs, financial reporting data, and cost-efficiency initiatives.
• Implement sustainability, process improvement, innovation, and property management technology initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Corporate Real Estate or Facility Management.
• Five to eight years of experience in corporate real estate, property management, or facility management.
• In-depth knowledge of property management principles and project management methodologies.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
• Experience working in multinational and multicultural environments and developing diverse teams.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality service to tenants and stakeholders.
