Facility Management Lead

Location: On-site in Maadi, Egypt

What you will do

• Develop and implement facility management strategies and operational procedures.
• Oversee building maintenance, repairs, inspections, and facility services including janitorial, landscaping, and security.
• Coordinate facility upgrades, renovations, and improvement projects from conception through completion.
• Manage vendors and contractors to ensure quality service and timely maintenance responses.
• Monitor facility budgets, expenditures, and resource allocation.
• Conduct operational audits and implement health, safety, and environmental policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities management or property management.
• Experience managing teams and overseeing facility operations.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
• Organizational, project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to assess and manage budgets effectively.
