Senior Architect (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Own and evolve physical design standards across EMEA to ensure consistency across all clinic touchpoints.
• Lead concept development and design direction for new location rollouts.
• Translate brand and experience principles into physical environments, from test fits to final delivery.
• Partner with project managers, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-impact spaces on time.
• Build and maintain a scalable Location Design Playbook to support international expansion.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in architecture, design management, or related construction roles.
• Strong creative design skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience managing cross-disciplinary design teams and external consultants.
• Broad knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards across European markets.
• Proficiency in design software including Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
