What you will do
- Lead facilities staff and manage daily facilities operations across the assigned region.
- Coordinate preventative repairs, planned maintenance, inspections, and the upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Liaise with service providers on premises maintenance, workmanship, materials, and service-level compliance.
- Ensure purchased services meet quality standards and procurement policies while controlling costs.
- Manage resources for regional branches and coordinate maintenance schedules with relevant stakeholders.
- Address facilities issues, maintain customer service standards, and ensure compliance with property maintenance procedures and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Estate or Facilities Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in Facilities Management or Customer Service Management.
- Knowledge of risk management, coaching and mentoring, and the real estate industry regulatory framework.
- Ability to make decisions, empower individuals, uphold standards, and direct people.

- Relevant master’s degree.
