Fulfillment Specialist (Banking)

What you will do

• Resolve, track, and report issues and requests from bankers and customers concerning commercial and retail loans.
• Perform quality control by reviewing and validating loan system input.
• Verify the accuracy of critical loan codes.
• Generate reports for regulatory examinations and external audits.
• Prepare legal documents required for federal, state, and civil subpoenas.
• Comply with applicable banking laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree is preferred.
• Two years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, organizational, and planning skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Microsoft Excel and Access certification is required once in the position, if applicable.
• Ability to maintain credibility with internal and external customers, prioritize tasks, work under stress, and meet deadlines.
• Required training certifications include banking regulations, HMDA, CRA, RESPA, and NFIP compliance, where applicable.
