What you will do

• Lead all aspects of branch performance, revenue growth, customer loyalty, and financial well-being initiatives.
• Grow consumer and business relationships through consultative sales, business development, community involvement, and collaboration with ecosystem partners.
• Coach employees to deliver a differentiated customer experience through technology-enabled and omnichannel interactions.
• Attract, onboard, retain, coach, and develop branch team members while managing performance expectations.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, sales practice, and business risks in line with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge; a comparable combination of education, certification, experience, or military service may be considered.
• No university degree or required certification is needed.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, customer experience, and people management.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state and pass additional regulatory background checks.
• Must work in the Lapeer, Michigan branch office; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
