Branch Manager (Banking)

What you will do

• Manage the branch’s sales, customer service, operations, and financial performance.
• Lead, coach, recruit, and develop colleagues to achieve production, service, and retention goals.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and refer customers to relevant banking partners.
• Drive business development through customer calling programs, community involvement, and internal partnerships.
• Identify sales and service opportunities using branch and digital banking tools.
• Oversee operational, security, risk, and regulatory compliance procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor’s degree.
• Previous management experience and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of banking, investments, consumer and business lending, sales leadership, customer service, coaching, and process management.
• Strong verbal, written, communication, presentation, and colleague-development skills.
• Comfort with mobile services, online banking, and other technology tools.
• Must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available. Fingerprints and additional background checks may be required under NMLS regulations.
