What you will do

• Own solutions across multiple customer projects at different stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Design Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform solutions using agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Gather customer requirements, perform systems analysis, and create structured solution design documentation.
• Act as a trusted customer advisor while balancing delivery timelines, budgets, and commercial considerations.
• Support pre-sales through tenders, bids, prototypes, demos, and solution envisioning.
• Guide developers and stakeholders to ensure implementations follow the proposed architecture and standards.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, customization, and development.
• Expertise in at least two areas including Power Platform, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Azure, Power BI, licensing, integration architecture, .NET development, or data migration.
• Experience with enterprise architecture, complex integrations, and both functional and technical disciplines.
• Hands-on delivery capability and expertise in ALM, environment strategy, solution lifecycle, and CI/CD automation.
• Strong customer engagement, consulting, presentation, proposal-writing, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience leading project deliveries, mentoring colleagues, and working with business stakeholders and analysts.
