What you will do
- Design and build parameterised Azure landing zones for multiple international markets using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Implement and lead Microsoft Entra ID identity and access management across multi-entity environments.
- Operate a centrally governed control model ensuring compliance with DORA and operational resilience standards.
- Own platform service availability, incident management, and sustainable operating models across time zones.
- Recruit, lead, and develop a small senior engineering team while remaining hands-on technically.
Requirements
- Location: Must work from Milton Keynes office with hybrid format.
- Substantial hands-on Azure architecture experience including landing zone design and Azure Policy.
- Deep practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience designing and operating Microsoft Entra ID in multi-tenant contexts.
- Experience in regulated financial services environment with knowledge of DORA and operational resilience.
- Proven track record in running production platforms, incident management, and team leadership.
