Solution Architect (Power Platform/D365)

What you will do

• Define target architectures and adoption roadmaps for Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE.
• Own technical scope, estimates, assumptions, change control, quality gates, and non-functional requirements.
• Lead executive and business workshops, align technical priorities, and communicate risks and trade-offs.
• Shape bids, statements of work, delivery plans, commercials, and phased customer roadmaps.
• Approve Azure integration, identity, security, data governance, environment, DLP, solution-layering, and CI/CD patterns.
• Mentor senior consultants and convert delivery lessons into reusable standards, runbooks, and operational practices.

Requirements

• Approximately 10+ years of consulting or enterprise delivery experience.
• Proven ownership of complex, multi-workstream programmes and prior architect-level experience.
• Strong facilitation, executive communication, conflict resolution, and decision-paper skills.
• Experience with Dataverse modelling, integration and security patterns, performance, availability, and accessibility design.
• Practical knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform licensing, estimation, statements of work, and margin awareness.
• Experience with environment strategy, DLP, layered solutions, release governance, and delivery standards.

Nice to have

• Power Pages governance experience.
• Business intelligence for operational reporting.
• Regulated-industry experience.
• Scrum or Scaled Agile delivery experience.
