People and Operations Lead

Location: Hybrid working from the Farringdon office in London, England, United Kingdom; flexible working pattern with no minimum attendance quota.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end HR operations from onboarding through offboarding.
• Manage pre-employment screening, onboarding processes, employee records, and lifecycle data.
• Maintain data privacy and compliance with GDPR and applicable employment legislation.
• Identify and implement process improvements and workflow automation opportunities.
• Embed sporting-led high-performance behaviours into interviews, onboarding, performance reviews, progression, pay calibration, and recognition.
• Run the annual performance and reward cycle, support pay benchmarking, and handle employee relations cases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a generalist People or HR role.
• Experience in a fast-moving scale-up, agency, or consultancy environment.
• Strong understanding of HR operational processes and compliance requirements.
• Experience with HR systems, HRIS platforms, and workflow automation tools.
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive employee data.
