What you will do
- Own People Operations functions, including benefits administration, policy documentation, visa processes, and right-to-work processes.
- Manage HRIS and payroll platforms, keeping employee data accurate, current, and audit-ready.
- Run consistent onboarding and offboarding experiences for employees.
- Improve and automate manual people processes so they become scalable.
- Support internal communications, ad hoc employee requests, and employee experience initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or administration.
- Experience in a fast-growing technology company or startup is preferred.
- Strong organisational and detail-management skills.
- Proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Builder's mindset focused on improving and scaling processes.
- Strong communication skills across different seniority levels.
