What you will do

• Oversee and define HRIS processes for onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and other personnel changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve HR processes, policies, and workflows.
• Automate HR processes to improve efficiency and data integrity.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity.
• Generate HR reports and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Manage global HR services and support day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar role.
• Experience in project management or HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of HR process and policy creation.
• Experience with HRIS and other HR systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience with HR analytics and reporting tools, plus familiarity with payroll processes and systems.

• Experience with HiBob.
