Client Project Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of client-facing projects, from scope and objectives through completion and handover to support.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, timelines, reporting, acceptance criteria, and delivery governance.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, clients, third-party vendors, dependencies, risks, and change control.
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Lead project teams, address performance deviations, and provide mentoring and guidance on delivery and quality standards.
• Measure project performance and ensure operational impact assessments, transition plans, and client sign-off are completed.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of project management experience, including at least 5 years in the fintech ecosystem.
• Required experience with cards, payments, or payment schemes.
• Experience managing clients, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders across geographic time zones.
• Experience working in Agile environments with multiple stakeholders and across functional teams.
• Strong project management knowledge, leadership, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Commercial and risk awareness, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams within budget and timeline constraints.
