TL;DR
IT Project Manager (IT M&A): Delivering IT platform projects that integrate, separate, and onboard acquired businesses across a complex international organisation with an accent on project planning, stakeholder coordination, and governance. Focus on managing risks, dependencies, budgets, milestones, and transitions while supporting secure, compliant technology delivery.
Location: Farringdon, London, United Kingdom. Travel to other offices may be required.

What you will do
- Manage IT projects supporting mergers and acquisitions, including integration, separation, and onboarding of acquired businesses.
- Coordinate work packages, project phases, milestones, deliverables, resources, and budgets across technology and operational teams.
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, changes, capacity, quality, and benefits.
- Prepare status reports, project data, presentations, business cases, and recommendations for sponsors and steering groups.
- Facilitate planning sessions, workshops, stakeholder meetings, and transitions through initiation, delivery, closure, and handover.
- Ensure adherence to PMO methodologies, SDLC processes, data privacy, governance, audit, compliance, and information security requirements.
Requirements
- Fluent English with strong verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Proven project management experience, including coordination across technology teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and knowledge of SDLC processes.
- Qualification in a recognised project management methodology such as PRINCE2 or PMI, or equivalent proven experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus experience with MS Project or similar project management tools.
- Strong facilitation, organisation, prioritisation, negotiation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
