Production Test Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Chanhassen, Minnesota, United States

Hourly rate: $24.00–$28.00

Manufactures electromechanical linear roller screw actuators, rotary servo motors, and integrated control solutions for industrial applications.

What you will do

• Assemble and test components and final systems according to established process instructions.
• Set up, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
• Develop or determine test specifications, methods, and procedures from blueprints, drawings, and diagrams.
• Complete rework on assemblies and systems based on test results.
• Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions.
• Assist with selecting and setting up specialized test equipment.

Requirements

• Two to four years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Experience setting up, calibrating, testing, and troubleshooting circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience reading drawings and blueprints.
• Must be a US Person.
• An associate degree in a technical field is preferred but not required.
• Frequent standing and the ability to lift 50 pounds are required.
