Location: Methuen, Massachusetts, United States; on-site production environment

Salary: $18.89–$31.49 per hour, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus

What you will do

• Set up, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot circuits, components, instruments, mechanical assemblies, and final systems.
• Complete rework on assemblies and systems based on test results.
• Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions.
• Assist with selecting and setting up specialized test equipment.
• Read technical drawings and use measurement instruments in a high-volume production environment.

Requirements

• Technical school training or relevant experience, with at least 12–18 months of component-level troubleshooting experience.
• Two to five years of assembly experience.
• Soldering skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, familiarity with PC programs, and ability to read drawings and use measurement instruments.
• Applicants may need to be U.S. persons for positions involving ITAR- or EAR-controlled goods and technologies.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Oracle.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing.
