What you will do
- Coordinate client requirement gathering and work with clients to understand issues and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare business analyses outlining client problems, opportunities, and solutions.
- Monitor project progress through regular reviews, follow-ups, quality checks, status reports, and governance calls.
- Manage client escalations, perform root cause analysis, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Track project completion status, growth, performance, and forecast-versus-actual burn rates.
- Drive process improvements that reduce redundancies, improve productivity, and enhance client servicing quality.
Requirements
- Experience or capability in business analysis and client requirement gathering.
- Ability to monitor projects, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and manage client communications.
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis and resolve client issues.
- Understanding of operational KPIs, quality standards, confidentiality, copyright rules, and security requirements.
