HQ - AI Business Analyst

What you will do

• Partner with Strategy, Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to design and implement AI-enabled initiatives.
• Analyze datasets, business performance, and workflows to identify automation and intelligent-system opportunities.
• Build analytical models and KPI dashboards using SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools.
• Develop strategic recommendations and present insights to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with founders and local teams to deploy and scale AI-powered processes across markets.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in a relevant role or field.
• Background in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or another quantitative discipline.
• Practical experience with SQL and Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
• Full professional fluency in English at C1 level or above.
• Curiosity, technical aptitude, and enthusiasm for AI, experimentation, and continuous learning.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in business consulting, analytics, or operations.
