Business Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Validate opportunities using partner feedback, win/loss analysis, install-base intelligence, market trends, and stakeholder input.
• Conduct discovery with partners, customers, and subject matter experts to validate business problems.
• Define solution requirements covering use cases, business processes, pain points, constraints, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business needs into clear, testable requirements and support solution design and proof-of-concept development.
• Gather pilot and field feedback to identify adoption barriers and improve portfolio decisions.
• Work in rapid two-week cycles using AI-powered research and analysis tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, product discovery, solution consulting, or a related role.
• Strong experience with requirements gathering, workshops, interviews, process mapping, and requirements documentation.
• Experience translating business needs into structured, actionable requirements.
• Strong analytical skills involving commercial, operational, or market data.
• Comfort using AI-powered research, analysis, and productivity tools.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from the Manchester, UK office.
