Manager, Digital Business Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Analyze and map operational business processes for the GlobeOp Fund Accounting business.
• Identify inefficiencies and translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions.
• Design and implement automation using Excel VBA, scripting, workflow tools, and generative AI.
• Collaborate with operational and technical teams to improve workflows and implement internal systems.
• Coordinate process improvement initiatives and participate in system enhancement and workflow redesign projects.
• Test, validate, document, monitor, and continuously optimize implemented automation solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in operations, business process improvement, business analysis, or techno-functional roles.
• Strong ability to analyze workflows and translate them into system or automation solutions.
• Working knowledge of Excel automation with VBA, scripting, or basic programming.
• Familiarity with LLMs and generative AI for development, process improvement, and productivity.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, collaboration, project management, and organizational skills.
