Financial Services Representative - Val d'Or

Location: Val-d'Or, Quebec, Canada; full-time on-site work required. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance is expected.

What you will do

• Meet with personal and business clients to understand their priorities, goals, and financial needs.
• Recommend tailored solutions involving cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Provide forward-looking financial planning and an informative, client-focused service experience.
• Build and deepen client relationships through networking, marketing, and outreach activities.
• Connect clients with appropriate internal partners and opportunities.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Client-first approach, goal orientation, critical thinking, attention to detail, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel to multiple nearby banking centres.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
