TL;DR
Senior Integration Technician, Stage Integration, Second Shift (Aerospace): Assembling, installing, and testing Terran R flight hardware in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with an accent on aerospace processes, mechanical integration, and quality. Focus on applying fastener and torque techniques, secondary retention, avionics familiarity, bonding operations, and calibrated tools to build production hardware safely and accurately.

Location: Long Beach, California, United States. Onsite second-shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. PT.

Hiring range: $33.20–$49.80 USD per hour, plus a 10% shift differential and 10 guaranteed overtime hours per week.

What you will do

  • Assemble, install, and test flight hardware for Terran R development and production.
  • Perform critical integration operations with a high standard of quality.
  • Collaborate with production, integration engineering, and quality teams.
  • Help build, develop, and document job operations and manufacturing processes.
  • Operate hand, pneumatic, calibrated, and measuring tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of aerospace mechanical experience or experience in a related field.
  • Experience handling flight hardware and performing critical operations in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Technical experience with fastener and torque applications, secondary retention, testing, avionics, and bonding operations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with engineering and production teams.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work in tight spaces, and navigate uneven surfaces.
  • Ability to frequently crouch, bend, squat, kneel, and reach overhead while performing assembly work.

Nice to have

  • FAA Airframe and Power Plant license.
  • Electromechanical build proficiency.
  • Familiarity with propulsion systems and components.
