Mobile Mortgage Advisor (Richmond Hill/Aurora/Newmarket/Markham/Scarborough, ON)

Location: Toronto, Ontario; job location listed as ON-81 Bay Street-Virtual. Remote work is possible, with occasional on-site attendance; the work arrangement will be confirmed during the interview. Client meetings may take place at locations convenient for clients.

What you will do

• Provide expert mortgage advice, product solutions, and comprehensive financial planning support to clients.
• Meet clients where and when convenient and build long-term relationships focused on their home ownership goals.
• Develop a local-market sales plan to convert leads into new clients and deliver business results.
• Build referral networks with Banking Centre teams, internal business partners, and external realtors.
• Participate in community activities to expand professional connections and generate opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in banking and mortgage lending.
• Knowledge of mortgage documentation and mortgage processes.
• Strong client service, relationship-building, networking, and business development skills.
• Goal-oriented approach with the ability to take ownership and deliver results.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• May be required to complete an attribute-based assessment or other skills tests.
