Quality Control Manager

Location: Lombard, Illinois, United States; onsite

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee quality and EHS functions and supervise the Quality team within a NADCAP QMS environment.
• Conduct monthly internal audits and host customer and regulatory audits.
• Develop and approve process and inspection plans aligned with customer and industry requirements.
• Review contractual requirements, specifications, drawings, and customer correspondence.
• Maintain site training requirements and records while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective action for discrepant products and identify potential project quality issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Required experience with AS9100, NADCAP, and internal and external audits.
• Ability to manage and develop a quality management system.
• Ability to manage and develop a team of at least three people and collaborate with management.
• Must be a US citizen.

Nice to have

• 3–5 years of chemical processing experience.
• Experience with NADCAP accreditation and auditing processes.
• Experience in metal finishing or coating manufacturing.
