Senior Bid Manager - DACH - (all genders)

What you will do

• Lead complex bids from qualification through contract award, including bid/no-bid decisions, strategy, plans, budgets, resources, timelines, and submissions.
• Use AI to support creativity, judgement, and efficiency throughout the bid lifecycle while maintaining complete, compliant, and timely responses.
• Build and coordinate multidisciplinary bid teams across sales, delivery, technical, creative, commercial, and subject matter functions.
• Develop persuasive propositions, win themes, narratives, response structures, and high-quality written bid content.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and client procurement contacts, including clarifications, presentations, feedback, and debriefs.
• Apply market, competitor, procurement, framework, regulatory, and governance knowledge to strengthen bids and share learning.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading complex bids and winning major digital, technology, data, or transformation opportunities.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, buying behaviours, and commercial models in the relevant market.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and guiding diverse specialists toward shared outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to turn complex ideas into clear and compelling narratives.
• Strong organisational, project management, commercial judgement, and decision-making skills under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in the relevant local language and strong professional English are required.
