What you will do
- Drive new business growth by winning mid-market and enterprise customers across the DACH region.
- Position tax compliance solutions as a strategic advantage for customer finance and ERP systems.
- Build a robust sales pipeline through outbound efforts, marketing collaboration, and partner engagement.
- Create and execute smart territory and account plans aligned with regional growth ambitions.
- Influence go-to-market strategy and product direction using local market insights.
- Collaborate with Alliance Managers to unlock co-selling and referral opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS, ERP, FinTech, or tax tech) with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Fluency in both German and English (C1 level).
- Solid understanding of ERP systems, specifically SAP, and their integration with finance solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a remote setup while maintaining strong connections with global teams.
- Experience applying AI technologies to improve business efficiency and results.
- Must be based in the DACH region.
