What you will do

• Generate and qualify pipeline through outbound, inbound, and industry events across enterprise brands, retailers, and D2C labels in Europe and beyond.
• Lead introductory calls and product demos, while supporting larger enterprise deals.
• Manage the self-service funnel by activating promising sign-ups and identifying accounts requiring sales support.
• Own deals end-to-end, including offers, business cases, follow-ups, documentation, and contract signature.
• Run outbound, paid, and organic growth experiments with Marketing and report performance.
• Maintain HubSpot CRM data, build leadership reporting, and turn market, competitor, and customer insights into input for Sales, Product, and pricing.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of customer-facing experience in software or SaaS sales, growth, or business development.
• Strong communication, storytelling, analytical, and customer relationship skills.
• Experience with CRM and outreach tools, including HubSpot, LinkedIn, and sequencing tools.
• Ability to communicate credibly with stakeholders ranging from junior creatives to Heads of eCommerce, CMOs, and Managing Directors.
• Fluent German and English required.
• Interest in fashion, eCommerce, content production, or creative technology.

Nice to have

• Experience in fashion, retail, eCommerce, studio operations, or content production.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools.
• Experience with self-service, product-led growth, free-to-paid conversion, activation, onboarding, or usage-based pricing.
• Experience scaling high-volume, low-ARPA self-serve products or working in an early-stage product or new-venture setting.
