Interim Senior People Partner (Technology and Data)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid with a minimum of 60% office attendance over a 12-week period

Salary: £70,000–£80,000 per year, plus bonus

What you will do

• Partner with senior Technology and Data leaders to create people plans aligned with business priorities.
• Use workforce data, organisational insights, employee health metrics, engagement data, and external trends to guide decisions.
• Coach and influence leaders on organisational effectiveness, leadership capability, performance, talent, and employee engagement.
• Lead and support organisational design, restructures, collective consultation, and business transformation initiatives.
• Improve People processes and operating models by adopting AI, automation, and more efficient workflows.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Reward, Learning, People Operations, Legal, and wider People Partnering teams.

Requirements

• Significant People Partner experience supporting Technology, Engineering, or Data organisations.
• Experience partnering with Director-level leaders and delivering strategic people outcomes.
• Strong background in organisational design, restructures, change management, and ideally collective consultation.
• Generalist People partnering experience covering employee relations and employment law.
• Strong stakeholder management, coaching, relationship-building, and senior-leader influencing skills.
• Experience improving People processes, operating models, or ways of working, with an interest in AI and emerging technologies.
