Senior People Business Partner (UK & US GTM)

Location: Remote; international candidates must reside in the United Kingdom. US-based candidates may be hired only from specified US states. Travel to the United States approximately once per year is required for company-wide meetings.

What you will do

• Partner with UK entity and US Go-to-Market and G&A leaders to align people strategies with commercial goals.
• Advise the GM of International Business on UK entity growth, scaling, and operational success.
• Coach leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, team development, and change management.
• Lead complex employee relations matters, including performance improvement plans, investigations, grievances, reorganizations, terminations, and settlement agreements.
• Oversee UK onboarding, offboarding, benefits, visa and immigration processes, documentation, and employment operations.
• Build scalable People processes and use workforce analytics and AI tools to support organizational decisions.

Requirements

• Senior-level HRBP or PBP experience supporting senior leaders in a high-growth environment.
• Deep knowledge of UK employment law and complex employee relations, with working familiarity with US HR practices.
• Experience leading performance programs, talent reviews, organizational planning, and restructuring for remote or distributed teams.
• Ability to use workforce analytics and modern AI tools to automate routine work and inform business decisions.
• Strong coaching, relationship-building, and stakeholder-influence skills across regions.
• Must reside in the United Kingdom for international hiring, or in one of the listed eligible US states for US hiring.
