About the Role

You will act as an embedded People Business Partner for engineering, guide People programs, drive workforce planning and organizational design, support change management, gather team feedback, and collaborate across People disciplines to improve operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a top-tier People Business Partner
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced technology company
• Experience supporting engineering or CTO organizations
• Expertise in AI
• Focus on business outputs and impact
• Data orientation with appreciation for team anecdotes and experiences
• Analysis and logic balanced by empathy and care

Responsibilities

• Refine and guide People programs including levelling promotions and performance management
• Drive workforce planning organizational design and change management
• Understand business market dynamics and competitive landscape
• Customize organizational structures and talent strategies
• Collaborate with People Operations and Technology Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards
• Gather team feedback
• Report team feedback to team leaders and the Chief People Officer
