Location: Remote in the UK
Salary: £68,800–£85,000 per year

What you will do
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and team health.
- Coach managers through performance management, employee relations, feedback, and complex people decisions.
- Support organizational change, including team growth, restructures, and leadership transitions.
- Guide organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent reviews.
- Deliver scalable People programs with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Compensation, Finance, and Legal.
- Use people data and insights to improve recommendations and team effectiveness, including how AI is shaping teams, roles, and skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a People Business Partner in a fast-paced or scaling environment.
- Experience supporting Engineering, Product, or other technical organizations.
- Strong experience in performance management, employee relations, organizational design, talent planning, compensation, and talent reviews.
- Experience building trusted relationships, coaching leaders, and influencing complex people decisions.
- Experience leading cross-functional People initiatives from planning through execution.
- Working knowledge of UK employment law and a data-informed approach to decision-making.
