Location: Bangor, Maine, United States
Salary: $35.00–$45.00 per hour

What you will do
- Collect medical histories, vital signs, immunization records, laboratory specimens, and other clinical information.
- Perform phlebotomy, point-of-care diagnostic testing, wound care, and dressing changes.
- Prepare and administer vaccinations and other injections, and transmit prescription refills as directed.
- Support triage and follow-up for contagious illnesses, work injuries, bloodborne pathogen exposures, and abnormal tuberculosis tests.
- Assist providers during examinations and maintain accurate employee health, contact-tracing, and medical records.
- Educate employees on diseases, medications, immunizations, side effects, and treatment procedures while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in nursing required; bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
- 3+ years of healthcare experience, including phlebotomy, point-of-care testing, and wound care.
- Current Registered Nurse certification and an active license.
- Phlebotomy certification and CPR/BLS certification.
- Electronic medical record experience.
Nice to have
- Occupational health certification and prior occupational health experience.
- Experience with office procedures, confidential files, and medical administration.
- Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 proficiency.
- Process improvement, critical thinking, organization, and strong communication skills.
