What you will do

• Administer methadone doses as prescribed by the Medical Director or Clinic Physician.
• Evaluate new and current patients to determine treatment appropriateness and observe post-administration.
• Maintain precise medication records, perform inventory reconciliation, and receive shipments per DEA procedures.
• Collect and record urine specimens to monitor treatment progress.
• Collaborate with counselors and the nursing team to track patient outcomes.
• Ensure the treatment center meets all accreditation and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Licensed as LPN/LVN or RN in the state of employment
• CPR and First Aid certified
• Valid driver’s license
• Accurate data entry skills and basic computing knowledge.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
