RN Trainer (Safe Patient Handling)

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota; must reside in Minnesota and travel regularly to senior living communities throughout the state.

Salary: $39–$41 per hour, with credit given for experience.

What you will do

• Implement a Safe Patient Handling Program across multiple senior living communities.
• Work directly with community leaders and care teams.
• Introduce best practices for safer resident handling and mobility.
• Strengthen employee competency and reduce workplace injuries.
• Promote safer care practices and improve consistency of clinical outcomes.

Requirements

• Must reside in Minnesota and be able to travel regularly.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience in the United States.
• At least 1 year of licensed nursing experience in a US long-term care facility or assisted living setting.
• Flexibility with working hours and the ability to build a schedule around community needs.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of direct training experience.
