Senior Project Manager & Team Lead (Grid Technologies)

What you will do

• Lead complex customer projects involving high-voltage switchgear and power transformers from initiation through completion and handover.
• Act as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project risks and opportunities, with accountability for cost, schedule, quality, and delivery outcomes.
• Coordinate customers, engineering teams, suppliers, and site personnel to support seamless execution.
• Monitor and report project KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Support, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers while promoting consistent project management practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of project management experience in technical, industrial, or energy project environments.
• Proven experience managing customer-facing projects with responsibility for cost, schedule, quality, and risk.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team development skills.
• Fluent Dutch and English, written and spoken.
