Industrial Project Manager (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary, multisite, and remote industrial projects across semiconductor manufacturing.
• Drive industrialization activities throughout new product introduction, from project initiation to entitlement.
• Plan and manage volume ramp-ups, safe launches, customer deliveries, yield improvements, and multisite increases.
• Lead diffusion and back-end multisourcing, fab transfers, package derivative development, and manufacturing improvement projects.
• Manage manufacturing changes, qualification plans, waivers, 8D investigations, risk assessments, and non-conformances.
• Transfer product and production know-how to manufacturing sites and contribute to product-line roadmaps and industrial strategy.

Requirements

• More than 7 years of semiconductor experience in a relevant technical industrial function, such as product engineering, test engineering, or diffusion process integration.
• More than 3 years of experience leading industrial or comparable projects in a semiconductor environment, including remote leadership of multidisciplinary and multisite teams.
• Demonstrable automotive experience and understanding of requirements such as ISO/TS 16949 and AEC-Q100.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical discipline, preferably electronics, and PMI or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management, BCaM processes, 8D, Six Sigma DMAIC, and 3x5 Why problem-solving techniques.
• Excellent command of English is required. International travel of approximately 5% is expected.
