What you will do

• Lead industrialization activities for NPI projects from initiation through to entitlement and volume ramp-up.
• Manage multi-sourcing and fab transfer projects across diffusion and back-end assembly and test sites.
• Drive industrial improvement initiatives including cost-down, waste reduction, and yield enhancement.
• Oversee manufacturing changes, qualification plans, and risk assessments using 8D problem-solving structures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Engineering, Logistics, and Marketing to ensure project goals are met.
• Transfer product and production know-how to global manufacturing sites.

Requirements

• Master or Bachelor degree in a technical discipline, preferably Electronics.
• Over 7 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, specifically in product, test, or process engineering.
• Over 3 years of experience leading industrial projects in a semiconductor environment, including managing remote, multi-site teams.
• Proven experience in the automotive sector with knowledge of standards like ISO TS 16949 and AEC-Q100.
• PMI or equivalent project management certification.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in 6-sigma (DMAIC) and 3x5 Why problem-solving techniques.
• Experience with Business Creation and Management (BCaM) processes.
