Senior Project Manager (Pre-Construction) - Data Centres

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid

What you will do

• Monitor programme progress and keep stakeholders aligned with project priorities and milestones.
• Lead project meetings, workshops, governance reviews, and stage-gate activities.
• Provide regular reporting and executive visibility into project performance, risks, and key decisions.
• Support health, safety, and quality objectives through governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage multidisciplinary consultants and stakeholder teams while promoting a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Requirements

• Experience delivering data centre, mission-critical, infrastructure, or complex construction projects.
• Strong project management experience in a client-side, consultancy, or PMC environment.
• Experience with project controls, risk management, governance, procurement coordination, planning, permitting, and authority engagement.
• Ability to operate in complex governance and stage-gate approval environments and build trusted client relationships.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related discipline.
• Required: Dutch or French language skills.

Nice to have

• Data centre or mission-critical project experience.
• Experience working on projects in Belgium, the Netherlands, or wider Europe.
• Experience managing utility and regulatory stakeholder interfaces.
• Experience supporting procurement and contract formation activities.
