Senior ERP Project Manager

Location: Sevenum, Netherlands. Work-from-home arrangements may be available for up to 20 days per year anywhere in the EU.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end ERP projects from initiation through go-live and handover.
• Translate approved business initiatives into structured project plans and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate Business Owners, Team Leads, ERP Consultants, Architects, Project and Delivery Managers, QA teams, implementation partners, and vendors.
• Facilitate Steering Committees and manage project scope, budgets, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Build stakeholder relationships and promote transparent communication and delivery excellence.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies and improve project management standards across Enterprise Systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience delivering complex ERP or Enterprise Systems projects.
• Experience in business domains such as Finance, Supply Chain, WMS, or CRM.
• Experience managing large cross-functional initiatives and multiple workstreams.
• Confident communication with senior stakeholders and external implementation partners.
• Familiarity with Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies.

Nice to have

• PRINCE2, PMP, or IPMA certification.
• Experience as a Scrum Master.
