Java Developer (Mandarin Speaking)

What you will do

• Drive and coordinate the technical life cycle of Java web applications, from architecture and design through coding, testing, QA, and production support.
• Contribute to technical architecture and create detailed architectural specifications.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java and Java EE technologies.
• Collaborate with functional analysts, developers, QA engineers, account teams, and clients.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the development team.
• Report directly to the project manager and/or client and participate in external resource interviews when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 0 to less than 1 year of experience with Java or Java EE is preferred.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Knowledge or relevant experience with Java/Java EE, C#, C++, C, XML/XHTML, or SQL.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is highly desirable for communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and teams.
• Ability to learn quickly, work under pressure, work independently and in a group, and demonstrate analytical and communication skills.
