Senior Oracle Fusion Engineer

Location: Hybrid in Austin, US. Candidates who reach the offer stage may be asked to attend an in-person interview at a hirify.global office or hub.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end technical design of major enterprise enhancements and mentor engineering teams.
• Develop complex custom solutions, extensions, interfaces, customizations, and reports in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Use BI Publisher, Groovy scripting, APEX, VBCS, ATP, PaaS extensions, and AI Agent Studio where applicable.
• Act as the final escalation point for P1/P2 incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement permanent technical fixes.
• Lead performance tuning for ESS batch jobs and high-volume transactional interfaces with OIC developers.
• Establish coding standards, development best practices, and quality gates for technical work.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in ERP functional and technical roles.
• 6+ years of hands-on implementation and technology support experience with Oracle Fusion ERP/GTM and EPM.
• Proven experience designing, building, or architecting complex Fusion solutions using AI Agent Studio, BI Publisher, Groovy, APEX, VBCS, ATP, or PaaS extensions.
• Deep integration experience, including designing OIC interfaces for shop-floor and warehouse systems.
• Experience establishing technical standards and governing system changes in a live production environment.
• Access to information protected under U.S. export control laws may require authorization to receive controlled technology without sponsorship for an export license.

Nice to have

• Experience transitioning an organization to the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with additional Oracle PaaS tools.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as FlexDeploy.
• Experience with Avalara, Kyriba, Zip, or similar supporting software.
• Data Center Infrastructure industry experience or Oracle Cloud certifications.
