Orace ERP Engineering Lead

Location: Davidson, North Carolina, United States. Hybrid schedule with onsite work Monday through Thursday and flexibility to choose the work location on Fridays. Travel of up to 10%.

Annual base salary: $123,721.66–$173,004.99. Incentive eligible.

What you will do

• Lead technical design, development, integration, and modernization across Oracle EBS R12.2, Oracle Integration Cloud, and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Translate business and IT requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions.
• Drive Lean Agile delivery, DevSecOps, continuous improvement, and Test-Driven Development across the software development lifecycle.
• Partner with business, architecture, and delivery stakeholders on Oracle roadmap planning, governance, and engineering standards.
• Coach employees and consultants while promoting engineering quality, security, and delivery practices.
• Provide technical direction for critical incidents and support issue-resolution teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience with Oracle EBS architecture, performance tuning, release management, and support models.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Fusion Cloud, including Visual Builder, Groovy Scripting, BIP, OTBI, and FBDI.
• Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, Java, Oracle APEX, REST, SOAP, and JSON.
• Experience leading Lean Agile, DevSecOps, and continuous improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
