What you will do

• Participate in solution design reviews and assess feasibility within Oracle Fusion ERP, aligning with hirify.global enterprise architecture and security standards.
• Gather and analyze requirements with global process owners, run fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into technical solutions and documentation.
• Build and optimize reporting using OTBI and BI Publisher, and validate technical designs across application development activities.
• Define integration strategies and oversee implementations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware; support data migration using FBDI and ADFDi.
• Prepare and execute test plans (SIT, UAT, regression), validate impact assessments, and support defect resolution.
• Implement role-based access controls, ensure compliance (SOX, GDPR), coordinate deployments across regions, and provide hypercare and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience implementing Oracle Fusion ERP (Financials, Procurement, Projects).
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and Oracle Integration Cloud (or similar middleware).
• Hands-on experience with OTBI and BI Publisher (Oracle Transactional BI).
• Experience with security and segregation of duties (e.g., Security Console) and strong understanding of compliance and software lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Location: Madrid, Spain (hybrid work model).
