Application Solution Engineer (Oracle Fusion ERP)

What you will do

• Design, configure, and implement scalable Oracle Fusion ERP solutions for global business processes and regional compliance needs.
• Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into validated technical solutions.
• Develop and optimize OTBI and BI Publisher reporting, integrations, data models, and system architecture.
• Support data migration using FBDI and ADFDi and oversee REST/SOAP API or middleware implementations.
• Prepare and execute SIT, UAT, and regression testing, resolve defects, and validate technical impacts.
• Coordinate regional deployments, provide post-go-live hypercare, support change management and training, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven implementation experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, particularly Financials, Procurement, and Projects.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, ADFDi, Oracle Integration Cloud or similar middleware, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
• Knowledge of cloud and SaaS fundamentals, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, personalization and extension tools, and Security Console.
• Experience with role-based access control, segregation of duties, SOX, GDPR, and enterprise security standards.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite R12.2.
