TL;DR
Lead - Oracle Fusion Projects (Oracle Fusion ERP): Leading the transition of a global project execution process to Oracle Fusion across costing, billing, project management, resource management, and revenue recognition with an accent on solution architecture, configuration, integrations, and data migration. Focus on designing end-to-end project execution processes, leading phased ERP rollouts, building governance controls, and improving project spend visibility and revenue generation.
Location: Hybrid, 4 days per week in the office at Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad, India

What you will do
- Lead the Oracle Fusion Projects implementation across costing, billing, project management, resource management, and revenue recognition.
- Define and configure WBS structures, budgets, financial plans, resource management, cost collection, invoicing, and revenue generation.
- Lead discovery, future-state design, testing, data conversion, user acceptance testing, deployment, stabilization, and continuous improvement.
- Design and deploy integrations with planning, manufacturing, financial, Salesforce, CPQ, and supplier platforms.
- Develop migration strategies for customers, open projects, budgets, financial plans, costs, and revenue-to-date data.
- Establish governance, audit, SOX, and IT controls while identifying automation opportunities using Generative AI and Agentic AI.
Requirements
- 15+ years of IT and project systems experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion ERP.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with project costing, billing, project management, resource management, and revenue recognition.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Projects.
- Strong knowledge of WBS structures, financial plans and budgets, cost accumulation, revenue, and billing processes.
- Experience integrating ERP systems with Salesforce or other CPQ platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; proven leadership across ERP transformation, Procurement, Finance, and IT teams.
Nice to have
- PMP, Six Sigma, Oracle, or other project-related certifications.
- Experience in renewable energy, manufacturing, or high-tech industries.
- Master’s degree.
