Web Development Manager (Fullstack)

Location: Fully onsite in Tacoma, Washington, at 1301 A Street, 7th Floor, Tacoma, WA 98402

Salary: $110,000–$140,000 per year, with potential performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Manage and coordinate web development staff performing systems analysis, design, development, and maintenance for multiple branded websites.
• Optimize websites to generate leads and participate in projects from design through production.
• Manage team resources, assignments, and tasks across web development projects.
• Develop hands-on across both front-end and back-end systems.
• Translate complex business and functional requirements into technical designs and collaborate on proofs of concept.
• Monitor project progress, conduct reviews, resolve and escalate issues, coordinate requirements, support team training, and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of web development experience and at least 3 years of management experience.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java, and JavaScript.
• Experience with React, Node, PHP, and C#.
• Experience configuring and developing with Content Management Systems, along with knowledge of HTTP, XML, JSON, databases, and SQL.
• Experience implementing enterprise-wide operating system, CMS, and server upgrades.
• Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile on large and complex projects; a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.
