Supplier and Quality Procurement Assistant

What you will do

• Coordinate supplier qualification and requalification, including questionnaires, certificates and approvals.
• Maintain supplier quality master data, contact records, approval statuses and supporting documentation.
• Monitor certification, audit and quality-document expiry dates and follow up on renewals.
• Administer supplier audits and quality reviews, including agendas, document requests, action logs and closure evidence.
• Track corrective actions, escalate risks and support internal, customer and regulatory audit preparation.
• Support procurement sourcing activities such as RFQs, quote evaluation and supplier amendments while improving processes through automation, dashboards and AI-enabled insights.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a related field.
• Excellent administration, organization, time-management, communication and follow-up skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing quality and compliance records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.
• Basic knowledge of procurement, manufacturing and supplier quality processes.
• English proficiency is required; the role is based in the listed European locations and follows a hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Experience with supplier qualification, quality certificates, audit records and compliance documentation.
• Experience with SAP or an equivalent ERP and supplier-management system.
• Additional European languages.
